What happens if I don’t like the design?
We provide a detailed and concise process to eliminate any uncertainties with the design solutions. We assure you that you will love the designs we provide.
Response time?
In addition to prompt email responses, your project will be managed through your client portal, which allows for easy access to project progress and any new updates related to you. You will also receive email notifications as soon as updates become available.
How many revisions do i get?
You needn't worry, as each project stage includes a minimum of two revisions. This process guarantees optimal designs before any modifications are made. It's highly unlikely that additional revisions will be necessary, but if they are, they may incur an additional cost.
How do we communicate?
We will communicate via email, video calls, and your client portal. The portal contains all project progress and updates.
Project Timeframe?
Project timeframes may vary depending on the scope of the project and design style. However, they typically range from 4-5 weeks or 7-9 weeks.
What deliverables and files will i receive?
You will receive everything your business needs, including AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPEG files, along with any additional items listed in the brand package you choose.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, I do. A 50% deposit is required upon booking to reserve your slot, and the remaining payment will be accepted once the package is complete.
What if I need to pause the project?
The 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. This enables you to pause the project until you are ready to continue. However, it is highly recommended to continue with the project to ensure seamless design.
How is payment taken?
Payment can be made through applications such as Cashapp or Zelle. However, we also accept mailed checks or other payment applications like QuickBooks.
